We currently give tours at two businesses in the Fairbanks area - Rod’s Alaskan Guide Service in North Pole and Borealis Basecamp off of the Elliot Highway. Both businesses offer wonderful tour opportunities for guests. If you wish to take a tour with us at either of these places, contact us via email first to make sure you can align your tour with a day we are giving tours at these businesses!
The Most Unique Aurora-Viewing Dog Sledding Adventure!
In the spring of 2025, Jonah is taking a portion of our dogs out to Iniakuk Lake Wilderness Lodge in the central Brooks Range of Arctic Alaska for unqiue, exclusive dog mushing and aurora-viewing tour experiences. They will be totally remote and totally “out there” for a full month, giving rides to guests where guests get the opportunity to mush their own dog team! North Star Dog Mushing is currently in the process of building our own personal tours at our kennel in Goldstream, AK for the winter of 2025-26.
